Nathalie Hermier

Founder & Senior Advisor

With roots from Rognan in Nordland county, Hanoi and Paris, Nathalie has several strings to play on. There was no doubt that life would be an adventure for her after growing up in a castle in Paris. She then got a Master of Science in International Marketing and Management from BI Norwegian Business School and ESCP Europe Paris, and a bachelor in marketing from BI and Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. She has worked nearly a decade within marketing and communication for companies such as Geelmuyden Kiese, Släger, L’Oréal and Gyldendal Norsk Forlag. Nathalie has paved her own ways, from prestigious agencies to starting on her own. For that, she likes to toast with a Dirty Martini.

Marisa Benavides-Vereau

Senior Project Manager

Marisa was born and raised in Lima, Peru. At an early age she fell in love with different cultures, Europe and Stonehenge. She packed her bags and moved to Norway to start her European adventure and reunite with her mom at the age of 17. After finishing a bachelor degree in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing at BI, she moved to London for a Master in International Business at HULT International Business School. Marisa has nearly 10 years experience with project management. Working for the big pharmaceutical company PHARMAQ, she planned and executed product launches, branding strategies and events in Norway, Chile, Mexico, UK, Panama & Spain. Marisa loves a challenge, but don’t bother challenging the ceviche family recipe - it’s a waste of time.

Mathilde Reichelt Schistad

Advisor

Mathilde loves a good kick, either it's from cracking creative ideas, fashion, eating delicious food that really sparks the taste buds, traveling to see new places or watching a soccer game (preferably with Liverpool kicking ass on the field). Mathilde grew up in Tønsberg and after high school she went to Ringerike for Folk High School to study Design & Fashion. Due to Covid, her year at Ringerike got short (but sweet) and in Autumn 2020, she moved to Oslo to study at SoFI (School of Fashion Industry). Now she’s a part of the Hermier family!

YASMINE MOUSSAOUI

Junior Advisor

Out of the way, Tokyo (office dog) - there’s a new poodle in town. That is, if Yasmine got her wish fulfilled. Maybe she’ll turn into your spirit animal? When she wants to fly, she’ll shape shift into a mosquito, keeping you sharp and awake, buzzing in your ear reminding you of the work that needs to be done. Or maybe you’ve seen her in the actual air, wishing you a pleasant flight? Poodle, mossie and former cabin crew - but first and foremost she’s Yasmine, fashionista, content creator and DJ. She’ll follow your direction and bring you safely to your destination.

DANIEL AUTHEN MOE

SENIOR Advisor

Are you looking for the light? Having a problem that needs to be solved? Looking for someone enthusiastic, innovative, curious and adventoruous? Sharpen your senses, and get to work! Daniel has climbed his way up, from the suburbs of Oslo, to a Master of Arts at London College of Fashion. With ten years experience from looking after globally recognized brands in lifestyle, fashion and beauty segments, he knows how to aim high and reach goals. As long as it's not actual, stormy winds breezing at the very top; Daniel prefers to stay grounded in real life. Not that nature is a no go, just don’t make him climb that actual ladder, he’ll get dizzy. In that matter, Oslo makes the perfect combo: nature and city life, hand in hand.

Jon martin kjesbu

project manager

Writer’s note: when I sat down to write this short text for you, so you can stalk Hermier’s people and get to know them (in a superficial pretend acquaintance way), a friend of mine glanced curiously over my shoulder and exclaimed: “Wait, are you writing about Jon Martin from ILI? He’s insanely fun!” By the short notes I got on Jon Martin, I assume he would like the idea of being the hot tea of town. So who is this legend wandering the minds and streets of Oslo? Jon Martin grew up in Steinkjer - that means he has some small town realness to him, which makes him both down to earth and also high up in the big city life. When he’s not at home with his two flat mates (which he rarely is) he’s meeting new friends and current friends while juggling work and jogging, parties, trash TV and music. Jon Martin has a bachelor degree in PR, Communication and Media and his job experiences are many and not all listed here (he started working as a 13 yo, so we are keeping it down to a minimum): Studio Manager for a new shopping app ILI (as mentioned above), intern in a management- and YouTube network called Splay, radio host for one of Norway’s biggest radio channels, NRK P3 - and the leader in Amnesty International Volda. Oh, Jon Martin also has extensive experience in quiz-mastering at a local pub. Finally he’s here with Hermier.

RONNIE OTTEM fjære

EVENT DEVELOPER & COORDINATOR

Some people are exceptionally clever. So clever that when they find themselves indulging in the most delicious dishes, pairing them with a good glass of wine, or a mind-blowing drink, they stop between mouthfuls of a perfectly balanced dish and think: what if I can make a perfectly balanced life? Ronnie found the recipe for success: he made his hobby into his career. Refined taste buds are not necessarily synonymous with good taste, but Ronnie masters both. Yes, working for an exquisite castle in Barcelona is a part of his work. Over two decades he has delivered experiences for Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Pernod Ricard and Perrier-Jouët, among others. You’ll also find the world champion chef Øyvind Dalelv on his list of clients. When he's not creating festivities for both large and small clients, you might find him at an art gallery, a concert, or with his dog Luis - and of course here, as an event coordinator at Hermier. If you ask us, it’s the best pairing there is.

Hedda Gray Lægreid

Copywriter

Growing up, Hedda took her time. She didn’t smile until she was 4 years old. Freaky, but she turned up fine. She finds herself being in her most creative state of mind at midnight, that’s when her witty, dark humour and creative ideas tend to come easily to her. Hedda has a bachelor in Creative Writing from Westerdals ACT and a one-year study in Sociology at the University of Oslo. She’s also studied acting and worked as an actor for both stage and television. As a writer, she’s worked with radio for the public broadcaster in Norway (NRK), content marketing, written articles and interviews for several marketing agencies and comedy for stage.

Tokyo

Office Dog

Woof, look at this curly beauty, eh? Tokyo is Hermier’s Office Dog, an Australian Cobberdog who loves humans and cozy cuddles. He has a master degree in Curiosity and Garbage Bins and extensive experience in spreading joy and providing care to his colleagues. Tokyo’s main joy in life is cheese and steak, and he certainly doesn’t turn down a nice rub on his belly. Put him on your lap (if you dare, he weighs 25kg) and you’ll fall in love immediately.
